I like the fabric softener very much but did not like the packaging on the refill box. I found it to be messy from day one. The spigot would not sit straight even though I fiddled with the bag inside the box. The second reason is that there was too much waste at the end trying to get everything out using the spigot. I ended up cutting a corner of the bag and ‘milking’ the remainder. Messy and wasteful. I will be buying the bottled refill in the future because the softener is effective and not much is needed per load of lalundry.
